#16 Audiovisual Regulation
Attendees may not, under any circumstance, use any type of recording device to capture the information provided at the Training. No recording devices, photography or videography is allowed in the Training room.
By participating in the Training, Attendee understands that portions of the Training’s live events may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs by Vodnik Beauty inc. Attendee agrees that Vodnik Beauty inc. and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs should they include Attendee’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification to the Attendee. Attendee understands and agrees that all recordings from Vodnik Beauty inc. events are the exclusive rights of Vodnik Beauty inc. and Attendee does not ask for or expect compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which Attendee appears or speaks.Vodnik Beauty inc. owns all rights of any audio, video, and/or photograph captured during Vodnik Beauty inc.’ Training or at any of Vodnik Beauty inc.’ other live events.
#17 Force Majeure Definition
Events outside Vodnik Beauty’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Vodnik Beauty is released from Vodnik Beauty’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

#19 Attendee Conduct
Vodnik Beauty inc. requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the training, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Vodnik Beauty inc. reserves the right to ask Attendee and/or their guests to leave the Venue immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee’s tuition/fees for the Training will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any future products, services or correspondence from Vodnik Beauty inc
#20 Damages and Defective Items
All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

#22 Online Store Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
#23 Shop Refunds and Returns
Vodnik Beauty inc stands by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that you are unsatisfied with a product, please call us (347)462 5677 or (347)806 0028 or email us at vodnikbusiness@gmail.com immediately, and we will be happy to discuss your concerns and resolve your issue. Due to the sanitary nature of our products, items are not refundable, however, we will do our best to address your issue and provide a store credit when appropriate.
#24 State Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped within New York state and is 8,87%.
#25 Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vodnikbusiness@gmail.com or call us at (347)462 5677 for exchange instructions no later than 3 days after you receive the product.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
#26 Terms and Conditions, longer form:
By placing an order at with Vodnik Beauty inc, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms and conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Vodnik Beauty inc for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
#27 Payment
All products remain Vodnik Beauty’s warehous until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Vodnik Beauty inc.
All transfers conducted through Vodnik Beauty inc are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
#28 Shipping
Vodnik Beauty inc makes every effort to fulfill and ship orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours of the order. Orders that come in on the weekend or after 3 PM in the day may go out on the next business day. Please keep in mind that while we can guarantee our fulfillment time, it is very difficult for us to predict when the package will arrive once it is in the hands of the shipping company. Shipping times provided during checkout are provided directly from the shipping company.

#29 Trainings Liability Disclaimer and Conditions
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in any events or trainings conducted by Vodnik Beauty inc. These terms and conditions are relevant to all Vodnik Beauty inc. events and trainings. All recorded training, webinars, events and trainings will be referred to from here forward in the singular tense as simply the “Training.”
By registering for the Training at any one of our locations (“Venue”), you (the “Attendee”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Training
The Vodnik Beauty inc.. certification indicates that the attendee has completed the workshop. The workshop is aimed at providing information Vodnik Beauty . beauty Techniques and products. Completion of the Vodnik Beauty inc. Certification does NOT include a degree, accreditation or business license to practice. Other services taught also sometimes require special licenses. Prior to registering, it is your (Student’s) responsibility to research and understand the legal and regulatory requirements where you plan to do business. If a license is required, you must obtain this license through your local government agency prior to training. In some cities, it may even be required that you obtain a temporary license in the training location. This is mandatory to work on live models during training. Vodnik Beauty inc. DOES NOT issue refunds for training deposits or fees for any circumstances even where licenses cannot be obtained before or after class by the student for any reason.
All training Attendees must show a valid certificate of completion for bloodborne pathogens and a valid government issued ID. Depending on the training location, attendee may be required to take a bloodborne pathogen test for that location.
All attendees must be 18 years or older to participate in the training with a basic fundamental understanding of permanent makeup and aesthetics. Vodnik Beauty inc. trains Beauty Professionals Only.
It is up to the attendee to ensure licensing and permitting compliance according to their local jurisdiction. Vodnik Beauty inc. does not take any responsibility for the attendee and business conducted during or outside the training Vodnik Beauty. Training Seminar includes a Starting Kit. During the training, you will use some of the products in the kit.
#30 Liability Waiver
While we take every possible measure to ensure Attendee safety at the Training, we cannot control everything. For this reason, Attendee is legally responsible for the following statements. I, the willing Attendee of the Training, hereby accept all risk to my health and of my injury or death that may result from participating in the Seminar and I hereby release Vodnik Beauty inc and its officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation at the Seminar, whether caused by negligence ofVodnik beauty inc, its governing board, officers, employees, independent contractors, partners or representatives, or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vodnik Beauty inc and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating in the Seminar. Under no circumstances will Vodnik Beauty inc. or its assigns be held liability for my injury or death or any loss or damage of my personal belongings resulting from my participation in the Seminar. Should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in the Seminar, I consent to such treatment. I acknowledge and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify Vodnik Beauty inc. verbally and in writing if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the Seminar in my travels or attendance, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Vodnik Beauty inc. is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to providing any medical service whatsoever to me. I agree that if I have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper me from fully and healthfully participating in the Seminar that I will notify Vodnik Beauty inc. and that Vodnik Beauty inc retains the right to ask that I not participate in portions of or the entirety of the Training.
#31 Trainings Cancellation Policy
Once Attendee registers for the Training, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration processes, expenses, and loss of business. Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds under any circumstances on the training registration deposit or the full class fee. Once registration fee has been paid, remaining balance is due in full 10 days prior to the first day of the seminar or attendee forfeit their spot and the registration deposit. ALL CLASS FEES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Classes are subject to be rescheduled or cancelled if the minimum number of registrations is not met. If this occurs, a representative will reach out to you in advance and offer a full refund or a transfer to another class free of charge. In some cases, a private class may be considered
#32 Acknowledgement of products and services received
Attendee agrees that they have officially attended the training seminar and have received the kit that is included with their training. Attendee also agrees that their Identification was checked and that they are in fact who they say they are and that the name that appears on this waiver and their certificate of completion is their true legal name.
